On September 25th-27th, UCR hosted the second session of the International Graduate Workshop "Metamorphoses of the Contemporary City", realized in cooperation with the DRACO, Department of Architecture of the La Sapienza University of Rome,... convened by UCR's Gruia Badescu and La Sapienza's Iulia Statica with Dr Wendy Pullan and Dr Maximilian Sternberg as the Cambridge faculty advisors. UCR PhD candidates Gruia Badescu, Hanna Baumann, Andrew Hoolachan and Irit Katz, as well as CSC's Adriana Massidda, Apurba Podder and Pawd Tjoa presented and discussed their work together with their Rome colleagues.
With this occasion, Prof. Irene del Monaco and Prof. Roberto Cherubini from La Sapienza delivered two public lectures.
